Publication Policy

The journal publication policy is based on open access, peer review, editorial independence, and academic ethics.

First of all, the right to restrict the number of reviews of article drafts submitted for each edition of the journal and to postpone these evaluations to the next edition belongs to the editors. Whether the article drafts sent to our journal are suitable for the purpose and scope of our journal will be examined by the editors and the appropriate ones will be sent to two expert referees in their field. This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the referee and author identities are hidden from reviewers and authors throughout the process. As a result of the referee evaluations, the referees decide whether to accept the draft for publication, to refuse it or to accept it for publication with corrections. Manuscript drafts requested for correction will be sent to the authors again. After the authors make the necessary arrangements, they will upload the articles back to the system via ww.ijif.net. Corrected article drafts will be sent back to the referees. As a result of the final decisions of the referees, if one referee has made a positive decision and the other referee a negative decision, the draft of the article will be sent to a third referee. Editors will inform the authors of the decision to publish or reject the draft of the article according to the result of the third referee. The editors are responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. The editors' decision of publication of the manuscrips is final. The evaluation process of the articles sent to our journal is planned to be completed in about 2 months.
